SHIPPING
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your payment and order to be processed.
All orders are processed and shipped out on business days only this does not include holidays or weekends.
When placing your order carefully review shipping information before making payment.
Billing and shipping information must match.
Once order is processed your package should arrive in 2-4 business days.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once we receive shipping confirmation from the carrier. All orders will come with a tracking number, all hair and wig orders will require a signature.
In an event that an order is returned to us for non-delivery there will be a $10 fee that will need to be paid by the customer to reship the package.
If you would not be home on the expected arrival date/time you can request that your package be held at your Local USPS (Post Office) by contacting them.
When purchasing wigs the processing time is 7 to 14 business days as they are made to order and will require more time to construct the unit. This does not include holidays or weekends.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the business ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
Please select options very carefully and double-check before payment is made.
Exchanges are only accepted in the rare event that you mistakenly receive the wrong items, the hair has to be in it's original state with all tags and wraps still attached and original packaging. If this does happen, please email us with pictures of the hair at DNKBEAUTEE@YAHOO.COM and the next steps of what to do will be emailed to you.
Cancellations are only accepted within the first 48 hours of the original purchase date there is a $10 cancellation fee that will be deducted.
